1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

3Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 To create and maintain a jiliqqqq Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.3 If jiliqqqq becomes aware that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including the 21+ age requirement — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, jiliqqqq shall immediately suspend the Account, return any deposited Real Money Balance, and forfeit any Bonus Balance or winnings generated during the ineligible period.

4Account Registration & Security

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) jiliqqqq Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Submitting false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliqqqq Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jiliqqqq will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 Compromised Accounts. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify jiliqqqq's customer support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function available within the Platform.

4.5 KYC Verification. jiliqqqq is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal functionality will be restricted on your Account.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiliqqqq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change at jiliqqqq's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though high-value transactions may require additional verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. jiliqqqq will process withdrawal requests to GCash within approximately three (3) minutes for KYC-verified accounts under normal operational conditions. Processing times for other payment methods vary. These processing times are operational targets and not guaranteed service level agreements.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit to the same Account, or to methods verified through jiliqqqq's approved payment identity verification process. jiliqqqq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jiliqqqq Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliqqqq is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

5.6 Transaction Fees. jiliqqqq does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.7 Refused Transactions. jiliqqqq reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable Philippine law.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jiliqqqq may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the full wagering requirement is met, Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and promotional credits that are not utilised within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. jiliqqqq is under no obligation to issue a reminder prior to expiry.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. jiliqqqq reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

6.6 jiliqqqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 All games available on the jiliqqqq Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing agencies and is required as a condition of jiliqqqq's PAGCOR licence.

7.2 Individual game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are provided within each game's information section. By launching a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

7.3 In the event of a technical fault, system error, disconnection, or any other event that interrupts a gaming round in progress, jiliqqqq's system will attempt to auto-complete the round where technically possible. If auto-completion is not possible, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of interrupted rounds.

7.5 Where a game or feature is found to contain a bug or error that has resulted in materially incorrect payouts, jiliqqqq reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant stakes to Players' Accounts.

8Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliqqqq Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering legislation;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any proprietary technology or content belonging to jiliqqqq or its game providers.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, software, technology, trademarks, trade names, logos, and materials available on the jiliqqqq Platform — including but not limited to the jiliqqqq brand name, game graphics, interface designs, and promotional materials — are the property of jiliqqqq or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability

12.4 jiliqqqq is not responsible for the reliability, speed, or availability of third-party payment services (including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or others) or for any losses arising from payment provider failures, processing delays, or system outages beyond jiliqqqq's reasonable control.

13Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jiliqqqq Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure at your request, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Balance.

13.2 Termination by jiliqqqq. jiliqqqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if it determines that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false or fraudulent information; the Player is engaging in conduct that jiliqqqq reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform; or closure is required for regulatory compliance or PAGCOR direction.

13.3 In the event of termination by jiliqqqq for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to jiliqqqq under these Terms.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the jiliqqqq Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the jiliqqqq Platform shall be submitted first to jiliqqqq's internal dispute resolution process. 14.3 jiliqqqq will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming law.

15Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jiliqqqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, dated with the effective date of the most recent revision.

15.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — jiliqqqq will provide advance notice via the Player's registered mobile number or email address no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
